Carina is a neighborhood pizzeria with laid-back dine-in and takeout in mind. We offer slightly charred Roman style thin-crust pizzas, season-driven specials, playful sandwiches, fresh salads, as well as a few carefully selected sharables. We take pride in making our naturally leavened dough in-house and crafting our own toppings and condiments using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

I’d leave a picture of our Bella and Jesse Pinkman pies, but they’re gone. Truly excellent pizza. Eugene, you’ve converted another New Haven apizza fan to your sourdough Roman pies. I’ll certainly be back when work brings me back to Dallas.

Not only was the owner the MOST friendly, but the pizza was also the BEST. The flavors/topping combinations are unique and delicious. We had the Nata - eggplant, Italian olives, sun-dried tomato on a margarita base. Not a slice was left! Truly a piece of art.

Saw someone post us on YouTube. Thought I was going to be disappointed. Apparently not place was super fresh. The cashier was super helpful. I forgot his name but super friendly personality. Got a super thin slice and a square slice would definitely come back.

How have I never been here before. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and promised to be out in time. Absolutely delicious pizza (and almost as good leftovers for breakfast). Great to chat with the staff. And yes we were out in time. Thin but not crackery crust, just enough topping so the balance was spot on. All on all a definite win. Thanks, guys. See you soon
